He was upstaged at Davos and in the US it resonated FAR more than they could tolerate. shitler can't stand being seen as weak so he takes a swipe at us and that is playing into Carney's hand. We can walk away from CUSMA but shitler can't as we hold far too much US debt and have all the resources they need to their economy demands and the world is knocking at our door not theirs as laws means something here and not the meth lab that he has turned the US into.
