This is why Israel are striking the oil fields because the blowback won't just be at them it will be vs the only power left in the region that would possibly mitigate further attacks. Russian intel is the only support they are getting. China and India are still getting oil shipments at a reduced rate but they are getting through so they are not motivated to tip the scales.
