They TYPICAL block headed stubborn Conservative thinkin of Danielle. Keep beating your head against the same wall.
The Northern pipeline was rejected by every town, band and most citizens long ago. Manitoba is pleading for a pipeline to Churchill, but the stubborn cow ignores that and is at it again.
NO.
Build to Churchill or add another pipe or two to TMX and a new terminal at Roberts Bank. The supporers from BC live down there, so they're welcome to fuck up their own back yard not ours. No need to endanger both ends of the Inside passage as most are so thick they think they'll see any benefit at all.

I'm can't see a pipeline west. Churchill sure, but the tanker ban isn't going away without a major fight.

We get NW radio in some towns here. Loved the discussion from callers
I've always voted NDP (no ou didn't) but on this issue Eby's a communist blah blah blah
They're are already Alaska tankers on the West Coast (in international waters mind you)
We could stop buying gas from the USA (you elected the town councils that booted the refineries out of the Mainland decades ago you senile moron)
Gas will be cheaper (like how when you're outbid at an auction it saves you money)

Some of us here are being paid to drive trucks and equipment to the auctioneer as there's been zero work for the company since the gas pipeline was completed. Some of the workers have now run out their EI claims. Rehab centers and community groups are vying for the abandoned Atco trailer work camps.
Those are the "many jobs' they're promising.

Pipeline to where, carrying what? LOL

Pipeline to the US carrying water, that's what Smith wants.

She is aping what the oil industry wants and that is harmonious to what Trump's buddies want. Ipso facto pipeline is pre-approved no native input required. Carney is keeping this ghost alive as a wedge but I see it as buying time.

3 more years? Never gonna make it dealing with one 5 alarm fire after another. Time to kill the arsonist.

'We will get an even better deal,' Carney says after Oval Office meeting with Trump

On the table steel, aluminum, and energy foremost with auto and forestry 2nd. If this doesn't have a serious proposal on the table this week Carney is going to take a hit in the polls.
