Thank God I don't.
Bought a mobile on a city lot that was affordable. Fixed it up inside ourselves and paid off the mortgage in 4 years at $150 mo less than we were renting for. Did a huge rebuild with a Line of Credit into a nice home and paid that off 4 years ago. Market value is now tripled, and cost me less than rent to get this for.
Just paid propery tax w homeowner's plus seniors grant - a whole $100
Canada =10 million km2, not just the Metros...
