Decommissioned nukes fired 200 miles using the fuel for 12,000 miles?

Likely an intermediate range missile. Just to scare Biden into what might happen.

Will the EU stand up to defend Ukraine in the next 60 days? Doubtful. Germany has an election, France is precarious and UK isn't going to take point if they are navel gazing. Poland and the Baltics can only do so much heavy lifting.
