I'll be very curious to see if Trudeau steps down in the coming days. I suspect that if he does stay on then Singh will bring down the government. Either way I suspect that JT's days are numbered as PM.
I dislike JT, but, I dislike PP more. Interesting days ahead.

Jt is a leader without a party. He can't stall a confidence vote this time and he knows he will lose. To force his hand he could even suffer floor crossings from his own caucus. Won't matter, no matter where they go at this point though. Cons won't have turncoats and NDP are going down with the ship for a few scant days of power for sake of a decade or more of con rule. Not worth the trade if you ask me.

I would expect something Monday or Tuesday. Possibly a visit to the GG to prorogue Parliament then an announcement to step down. Give the party time to get it's shit together.
I can't see Trudeau ignoring reality and not stepping down as leader. The writing's on the wall and I've never thought him stupid.
